A few things to know before you book

DEPOSITS

  • A non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit MUST be paid to secure your appointment. A deposit of $100 is required for work up to 4 hours and a deposit of $250 is required for work over 4 hours.

  • Once we have decided on a date and time, you will be sent a private link via email to pay your deposit online via Square or we can take payment over the phone or in person at the shop.

  • Deposits again, are non-refundable under any circumstance.

  • OTHER IMPORTANT INFO

    • RESCHEDULING

      • You may reschedule up to TWO times before your appointment with your deposit before it is forfeit.

      • In order to reschedule, you must make contact within 72 hours of your appointment date and time in order for you deposit to not be forfeit.

      • Wait times can be up to 2 months, so we urge you to not reschedule if you can avoid it.

    • There is a 15 minute grace period for any late attendance to an appointment without notice.

    • If you are there later than 15 minutes with no contact, your deposit will be forfeit and you will need to put down another deposit to reschedule.
